Why I build this

Lead Friendly automates the front-office work I used to do myself: the front desk, sales, and the call center. That is not a positioning line — it is the reason the product is shaped the way it is. The jobs it takes over are the ones I know from the inside, which is also why I am blunt on this blog about what AI does not do well.

The company is based in Kent, Washington, and serves small businesses in auto retail, trucking, and home services.

What I write about here

Playbooks and honest comparisons for small businesses evaluating AI voice agents, AI receptionists, and CRM automation. Two rules I hold myself to: no invented statistics, and any claim about a competitor is dated and hedged, because their pricing and features change faster than this blog does.

If a post tells you to demand something in a demo, it is because I think you should demand it of Lead Friendly too.
